AGENT SALES AND MARKETING
Rodney D. Young has sales branches in Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina and Texas, and we staff these offices with licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) sales agents experienced in auto insurance. In some locations were able to hire nonlicensed individuals with sales or telemarketing experience, then administer a training and licensing program. Agent career paths include branch manager, assistant district manager, district manager and special project positions.
TELEMARKETING
Our Sales and Marketing department maintains a group of licensed telemarketing agents in Dallas and San Antonio that handles incoming quote requests from all our marketing areas. We hire qualified, unlicensed applicants with telemarketing or sales background for these positions, then administer a training and licensing program. All telemarketers have the opportunity to move into agent positions in the branch sales offices.
CLAIMS ADJUSTERS
Rodney D. Young has a large claims department that includes Property & Casualty adjusters, most of whom work in Dallas or San Antonio. We hire licensed adjusters, but we also have an internal program to train and license promising individuals whose careers begin on a clerical level. Career paths include several levels of adjusting positions and several levels of claims management.
UNDERWRITERS
Our Dallas underwriting department includes various levels of underwriting, from associate to senior. We hire experienced underwriters from outside the company, but we also train and promote clerical employees who show promise and desire. Career paths include underwriting supervision and management.
